I really like Zach's interviewing style. He actually listens to his guests and makes it comfortable place for them to talk. He doesn't ask basic, typical questions...it's almost like he's just having deep conversations with a friend. He shows compassion and empathy too, which shows he truly becomes invested in the person[s] he's talking to. I can definitely tell his job is his passion. I don't even remember how I found his channel some time ago but I enjoy watching the content. 😊

The poor women is broken she needs healing from lots of trauma and she’s definitely in the same circle of the young adults who died of drugs and or doing drugs you know she’s doing them occasionally or daily. Nobody has such dark aura for no reason something is wrong I will pray for her she’s so gorgeous and I feel like she needs a hug

i deeply relate to nessa. i lost my brother (same age as me) unexpectedly and it’s like walking with heavy stones in your pockets all the time. dying on the inside was also very relatable. i hope she’s healing because it hurts to lose someone who was young as a young person.

My point is that having the mindset that you are a helpless victim to depression is the problem, if you adopt the mindset that you are someone who overcame depression or is overcoming depression you are empowered. How we internally self identify directly alters our experience. Victim mentality allows you to not take responsibility for your actions. Everyone has something they could do to improve their life as nobody is perfect, and the progression along the path of self improvement brings the feelings of fulfilment and happiness.

They make the most generic music possible so it's more approachable to a wider audience. No one loves that kind of music, there's just lots of people who don't mind it.
