she has bpd and struggles a lot with her mental health so "bully in my head" is her self- doubt and self- hatred, she's her own biggest "hater". she has a song about this called 'talk to myself'.

A lot of influential musicians have died at 27 and it’s referred to as the “27 Club”. Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Jim Morrison, Amy Winehouse, etc.
