i'm not a huge listener of nessa's (but i enjoy her music) so who's cooper?

this gave me so many chills. she talks a lot about wanting to die in her songs but the “bouncer says not tonight” was crazy sad and poetic. and what if i can’t get in, what if i can’t see you again” hit me hard, Nessa you’re perfect.

I love this song,my older brother passed away awhile ago and it’s crazy cause his football number was 28 . And there’s a 28 in the stars . I know it means different for her and me but I’ve had such a rough week, this was just such a nice reminder of him. Haven’t cried to a song like this in a while .

That's the beauty about music it's subjective. It means something different to everyone. I lost my dad when I was 16, I was thinking of him listening to this. We all have someone in club heaven that we are dying to see again.

I love her and I love it, I saw an interview where she said that when she felt ready she was going to drop this song, and now she could drop the song I feel so proud of her. Also, if you see the final when she's staring at the midnight sky you can see the 28 number and she had a lot of songs that said she wanna die or she's probably going to die at 27, I think that the 28 means that now she wants to live and she's in a good place in a mental and emotionally way. this is very beautiful. for someone as young as nessa to go through profound loss and honor the person she loves and misses. i lost my best friend (adopted brother the same age) at age 17, and i like how she can be hopeful in her music despite how said grief can be. there’s a bright side, it’s the ones you love and the memories they leave you with. i miss him every day and try to live for him every day now that im 20. that’s irreplaceable. nessa’s healing is shines so brightly, and i hope it stays that way.
