true, I agree with you. Not-Moguera pulls more towards Digimon. therein Digimon, it can evolve about 5 times. That's why I agree with you that Not-Moguera is the game's most broken.

i really wonder what are these only in this game characters which wasnt in creepypasta not-titanosaurus(i actually know this one),melegia(he is an alternate for blight or something?), motengeat(hes like a matango replic of GOHTEN),faces trance(is this trances of FACE or a reference to planet trance?),false light(it is a false version of ACACIUS?) if you know tell in the comments.

Hi! NGC-M Contributor here. I worked alongside Z-9 on this and have answers to your questions. Faces Trance is a combination of elements based on Face's questions. Specifically, "Does your dog like the president?" and "Do birds have teeth?". The other bosses are original characters designed to give the world more flair than just a bunch of kaiju fights.

pokemon I don't think so. Pokemon can evolve up to 3 times. I think Not-Moguera fits Digimon a lot.
