It's actually Baragon's old roar. In fact, Neronga is Baragon's old suit... 🤔

​@Aboras580 What grim is saying is that the Godzilla franchise's character Baragon, it's suit was modified, and keeping the roar sound to be this creature Neronga in the Ultraman series.
