WTF is wrong with you all this is such an easy question What is 2+2 So we know the spelling of two has 3 letters and the word plus has 4 letters hence concluded the sum 2+2 = 3 letters (7 letters) the + 4 letters + 3 letters = 10+11+10 = 31 Hence proved 2+2 = 31 And 3+1 = 4

Note:the information provided is not a "copy and paste" from Google as this is typed in my own words. Also I do not have time to fix my spelling and grammatical errors. Um actually😃, nerds have average sleep due to the fact that sleep is important for recovery of information in order for our Brains to retain. Our brain is made of 86billion+ neurons and these neurons can form hundreds of connections called synapses which is how strong we are in retaining these information. Since our brain has 86billion+ braincells called neurons (unless done highly excessive smoking) they are able to create 86billion+memories BUT(with more emphasis on contrast than the place where waste is realeased)these memories are divided into long and short term memory. The stronger the neural connections, the more able you are to retain the information. Note that the neural connections at the start are weak as you start learning something(strength also scales between something similar you have learned and etc memory methods and story book and imagination) the more powerful your creativity is and the more things you try and experience, the stronger these connections will be. This is why we are encouraged to read more story books despite the fact that I for one despise it. Anyways, these neural connections can get stronger when you try to retrieve the information like when you learn a new word "angry" and not hear it again the next few days, and try to retrieve it aka remember it, you will most likely not succeed unless it is a word you can link to smth. Retrieval is a process similar or exactly the same to revising. So that our brain will make stronger neural connections as you heard it multiple times like a very catchy song being replayed every single time. Thus retrieval is important. When we sleep, our brain will process the information of what we had just learned if we do not have enough sleep at the minimum of 8hrs, our brain would not be able to fully retrieve all the information learned thus leading us to wonder why we could not understand the information. After all this talk, now you understand why sleeping is important. Note: this is just partially summarized information that I presented. There you go, an essay of why you should sleep even though there are also many other reasons. Sorry I'm just Asian. I just had to. Btw as a Singaporean, we are not tested to write essays at my age.
