Anime Story: Yu Hobin is a high school student who is constantly bullied by his classmate Bakgu, a famous streamer on the Neotube platform. Hobin's days in school are filled with humiliation and mistreatment, but his problems extend beyond school as well; he works a part-time job to pay for his mother's hospital bills.
One day, Hobin accidentally spills ramen on Jiksae, Bakgu's cameraman, causing him to trip over a cable and disrupt a gaming stream. Fed up with his miserable life, Hobin fights back and ends up in a pathetic brawl with Jiksae. The next morning, it is revealed that Jiksae's camera had been recording the entire embarrassing fight between the boys.
Moreover, the footage was accidentally uploaded to Neotube and went viral overnight, earning Hobin ten million won from the views. Attracted by the money that streaming on Neotube could bring for him and his mother, Hobin teams up with the unexpected ally Jiksae to produce more videos of him fighting and sees how far streaming on Neotube can take them.
Facing bullies like Bakgu and other unbeatable opponents, Hobin must either rise to the top of the live streaming world or finally meet an enemy he can't outsmart.
