Practice rolling by touching the tip of your tongue lightly on the roof of your mouth just behind the teeth, and exhaling from your stomach. Depending on what language(s) you speak, you may find it very easy or incredibly difficult.

I appreciate it! The mouth harp is a simple instrument to learn to play, and indeed, learning to place it safely in the mouth is the most important part.

Great piece! I was lucky to hear you live in Taucha at the ancient trance 2019. One question: what microphone do you use? Is this one that can be attached to guitars?

I have two Vargans (Glazyrin Star, Kholniy Batman) and none of them sound without the reed being struck. I notice yours sounds with only the breath. Is this of function of the Morsing style harp? Great playing btw :)

o0FreeRunner0o Thank you! If a Mouth Harp's tongue (reed) is perfectly in line with the frame, as are Glazyrin's and Kholniy's Vargans, sucking air inwards into the mouth while playing will only bring the instrument to a complete stop. If the tongue is offset outwards just slightly, it will respond well to an intake of air acting somewhat like a harmonica to produce a drone-like sound. In addition to being offset, a Morsing's tongue is also carefully beveled, which improves the instrument's aerodynamics by facilitating the flow of air sucked inwards around the tongue.

Oh man thanks for the concise reply! That's some information I doubt I would have found anywhere else. Well, I guess I'll be purchasing a Morsing next in that case. I imagine that drone-like sound you can produce with one would be great to use during meditation and it certainly adds more depth to the range of sounds you can get from these style of instruments. Thanks again dude :D

Hey again. Do you know of a place online where I can purchase a high quality Morsing? I bought one from an importer here in the UK and it's somewhat lacking in sound and playability. I'd like to find a good one with a similar sound to yours.

Angelo Folk I believe he is playing a "Morchang, or Morsing"" as we can see the reed extends out the bottom of the Harp.
