I am confused how many watts? 60w, 100w? Also I saw another brand and you could not use it in lights that are attached to a dimmer switch on the wall or a 3-way lamp. Please let me know.

It uses 60 watts of power and puts out 100 watts of light. When comparing modern bulbs to the old glass ones companies do this. With the old bulbs it would be 60watts of power and light but with modern bulbs you get more light with less power. As far as dimmers I wouldn't use these in a dimmer.
How long before the lightbulbs are fully charged?
