I am from Kenya, I have noticed we have the same or similar meals. In our language this is Ugali and traditional Mboga( Vegetables). It's so yummy. I hope to visit Nepal and do a Everest base camp trek one day, been a fan of your videos for a long time. I am wondering how you make your flour? For us we can use maize, sorghum, millet and cassava or combination of each. Thank you

I thought only in south India and odissa Ragi is used, but here too, so much similarly with mudde and mosappu, from south karnataka, same to same method of preparation 🤔🤔🤔
