Watched this game live and the emotions I felt then was extraordinary. Me and my friends lost our sanity in that Waseem over. With each boundary that came out of Gulshan's bat, we were cheering on top of our lungs and we danced wildly. I cannot explain how I felt then. It was as if we were possessed.

It was too dark to continue playing. During such case Duck worth Lewis System (DLS) comes into play. When the play got called off by the umpires, Nepal was ahead of the DLS target. So, Nepal won the game (Thanks to that 20 runs over from Gulshan off Waseem).

Actually cricket is influenced by various external factors like Rain, Wind, Light, etc. So, in this scenario, it was already too dark, and Umpires deemed it was too dark for play to continue. Hence, they called off the match and DLS came into play. I hope I was able to make you understand, let me know if you have any questions. ✌️

@@anafanaf1301 I don't actually have an answer to the question, Why we don't have floodlight in TU ground? But Nepal vs UAE was a day game, so, it had to be completed within the daylights. As it got dark with no further play possible, umpires called the match off and DLS influenced the result.

@@anafanaf1301 They took 4 hours to bowl 40 overs. This was an ODI, the bowling side cannot take 5 hours to bowl 50 overs, simple as that.
