Good to see you guys love juju dhau. It was originally made fit to serve the King. So that's why it was so good. The "ribbon" coming down the temples is believed for the Gods and Goddesses to desecend from heaven. The music is also newari.

Hey guys, Bara-Wo is made with lentils and also falls under Newari food menu. Newari food is actually a set of approx 2-24 different food items which primarily includes Buff meat or, Buffalo meat, chicken, and all normal vegetables, lentils cooked in a Newari indigenous style mainly among Newar community which is Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Patan. Cheers!

BARA - Black lentils pancake, WOH - Green Lentils Pancake, The taste of gulab jamun and Milk cake are the same because the ingredients are the same. They both are made from khuwa (Milk reduced to a paste after boiling for a long time)

Buffalo milk is common in southeast Asia than in US/Canada. Best for Kulfi , Rabree , paneer, Ghee and sweets because of high fat content protein and milk solids give grainy texture.

First you tried is called kulfi😊

You didn't find the Chai adequately sweet because you already had a MilkCake which is more sweeter (speaking of its sugar content) than the Chai and hence your tongue's taste buds don't register the sweetness of the Chai since they are already immersed in the MilkCake's comparatively stronger sweetness. Thus with sweet beverages like Chai (Tea) or Coffee its preferred to have Snacks which are on the salty and(or) spicy side of the Tastes Spectrum. Examples of such snacks could be Varied Namkeen Mixtures, Veg Samosa, Fries (Pakodas) of the usual vegetables (Potato, Spinach, Onions, Green Chillies, Cottage Cheese or Paneer etc.), Bread Toast/Sandwich (Either Plain or Salted or with any stuffing/filling like Mashed Potatoes or Coleslaw), Potato/Sweet Potato Finger Fries, Veg Poha/Chiwda and the list could go on. 😊

That woo bara dough is made by lentil. Lentil have to soak for overnight and next day it will grind and add spices.
