I only play MSFS with NeoFly these days. Definitely gives the game a sense of purpose, and a reason to not crash! It works well for helicopter careers also

If your runwaylights in the middle of something or anything like that, you need to reset your data rolling catch. specially afther a sim update.

I hire two pilots, a manager and airline. They get to 60% and start failing very frustrating, the manager does a poor job. I have set two company routs and when I change the rout only the last routs show not the new routs . So I think there could be some improvements.

Tried my first mission. Landed and shut down the plane and nothing happened , no audio cue telling me the mission was completed.

You can navigate with a map just like you would in your car GPS or if you want to flight plan and use vors you can it doesn't really limit you like that

I tried this a few months ago to hopefully add some "realism" to my flying, gave up on it pretty quick. You start by delivering cargo using a Cessna152. Why am I using a 152 to deliver cargo? First job, deliver 2 boxes of magazines 20 miles away. Seriously? Why are we using a plane for this? Just put the boxes in a car and drive them there. Not the realism I was looking for.

Keep working at it and that isn't to far of a stretch there's a twin Cessna at my local airport that transports medical supplies 50ish miles

Take passengers, silly lol I did local flights in Florida to take people all over. Didn't take long to afford a bigger plane with a loan. I pretty much strictly do VIP and secret passenger missions now for good cash.

Google how to edit the files you can give yourself money sell the starter aircraft and buy whatever aircraft you want to start with and reset the money to whatever value you had before you can edit the qualifications and basically everything else if you want aswell
