Leblanc having first strike is a bit of a cheat code for every opponent. If u proc her passive clone , the passive clone will retain the first strike indicator but the real one dont so u just have to hit the ones who doesnt have the first strike indicator😂

no, firstly bloodline gives lifesteal, ezreal Q applies on attack and on-hit effects and therefore lifesteal allowing you to buy no lifesteal and still heal off waves late game using Q. And secondly legend haste is hilariously bad, to the degree its not even funny, only mages would even consider it, but most will just take cut down and PoM or absorb life as they are just better (second tree precision so only 2, that being said most mages just go sorcery inspiration (either way around) not precision. if you really want to know legend haste gives a maximum of 15 BASIC AH, which is the same thing shojin gets passively, when playing a champ with core items such as triforce manamune, and AH like most stats being less effective the more of it you have, you will have enough with your standard build and the lifesteal is overall just better.
