Sometimes it’s hard okuwoleleza abantu. They can see they’re being sold cheap land and buy it in these areas when they can buy somewhere further away from the city and get good value for money. But whoever sells these lands should be compensating them.

Actually NEMA are just after some thing else which they're not explaining. Water bodies, hills and mountains, sand mining, forests all have been constructed into without their intervention. Coming out just on wetlands alone is right but so selective. The last lady has a point in all.
