Nelly is seriously a hit maker!!! I'm so disconnected from most of mainstream media-that I didn't realize she was behind so many songs I'd overhear in passing and love!!

Everyone always remembers Loose, but I love how each Nelly album has different genres: pop rock, folk, R&B, latin pop, dance, indie pop. She could do other Loose just for the success, but she chose to experience everything music can give.

Let's be honest, she's iconic, legend imo

Unfortunately the music industry prefer to shove Shakira down our throats, who never even sings live by the way. International Portuguese artists such as Nelly Furtado and Lucenzo aren't promoted because they're not "latino".

Thats actually Nelly's own backup dancers. They toured with her all of last summer. She prolly didnt want any others then those two, not on Junos part I would say. She prolly wanted them to get the shine and not just be mixed in a bigger group of dancers.

I remember Neko Case saying in an interview that Furtado was one of the few pop artists who refused to use autotune in the studio. It made me respect her a lot for trusting her talent and refusing to go down that route.
