Thorin was never more wrong about anyone in his entire life.

Martin Freeman's portrayal of Bilbo Baggins as a cozy, lighthearted hobbit was heartwarming and made him feel like an organic extension of the Shire.

It is the small things, everyday deeds of ordinary folk that keeps the darkness at bay. Simple acts of love and kindness.

What makes Bilbo Baggins so great is that he has the perfect blend of curiosity, intellect, bravery, wit and kindness.
