Fact he's black makes it so much easier to say you think it's impossible to be super smart or a successful person of science??? And what he said about time is a weird convoluted self assumed story about the studies done on quartz and other things for making watches. Never realized how much these two look so much alike until I seen them together in the thumbnail for the video. I was equally surprised at how good Steve-O looks in a hat.

Love the interview, but I've heard Neil's perspective so many times before and I'm always happy to hear it again. I thought the interview was great, but my favorite part was at the very end in your closing. I've only seen your Corey Taylor interview twice now, but I'm excited to watch many more because you clearly have a passion and work ethic that is focused on making the best show possible. I believe that effort is more important than any technical details when it comes to podcasts or any form of entertainment. It's always the people who want to be there doing the work that they are producing, since it's the interpersonal interactions and nuance that captivate people's attention.

Apologies for not knowing his name, but the joy onr of the producers expressed when he gets optical illusion right is contagious. Like we've all been there when we get the right answer in a space/with a teacher whose respect we want.

A lot of the things we thought were "facts" a hundred years ago are no longer what we believe as factual today and a hundred years from now people will look back and laugh at all of the silly things we thought were facts today. Steve-O never specified that all things that make up time (physical components, visual -optic components, auditory, etc.) would loop back at the same moment. Ever notice how NGT is never seen discussing things with other actual scientists? Doing podcasts with comedians and the like. Wonder if he knows better because of the crap he denies.

I’ve seen him discussing with other astrophysicists and he was asking questions like he doesn’t know dick! I forget who he was talking to but it confirmed for me he’s just a propagandist. A preacher of “the science”

Huh? StarTalk is literally just talking to scientists😂. And plenty of them give pushback which I enjoy. He has a comedian co-host though.

I hate how when someone says something correct (or at least something he presumes correct) in front of Neil he acts surprised that they are even correct in the first place...he does this constantly

I loved this channel I just discovered. I always listen to star talks with Neil but this one was more fun, engaging and funny. I didn’t miss paying attention to a second of it

really enjoyed how collective this episode was with the whole cast! everyone had some solid input
