Neighbours of 'eyesore' Willenhall house built without permission speak out as legal row drags on

Спорт

As the owners of a part-finished house built without permission ignore the latest deadline for action, neighbours of the problem property have spoken to the Express & Star about the "eyesore" building.
A man was ordered to bulldoze a partially-built four-bedroom home on Sandringham Avenue in Willenhall, which the council says it hadn't given planning permission for.
The homeowner, Gurwinder Singh, was granted permission to build a side extension by Walsall Council but was handed an enforcement notice in 2022 demanding the demolition of the building after the council found he had instead erected an entirely new and much larger property.
Now the council has warned that it could step in to "enter the land to carry out the works and recover costs" if the owner continues to be ignored.

It's funny the council hasn't bothered to do anything about this, but they're making sure all these new houses are being built as fast as they can for the dinghy divers.
