Wow, he needs to be arrested. It is scary that he hasn't been picked up yet. If you can afford to stay with family elsewhere or reduce the number of people in your home for safety reasons, I suggest doing that until he is picked up. If he acted like that before getting a warrant, he might be even more crazy once he is picked up and out on bail. I am so sorry that your family is experiencing the crazy that is the USA these days.
