File a police report. That sounds like a threat against your life.

We did. When the police came, he threatened them too so he's been in their custody ever since

I would tend to agree 200%.
Just Fkn wow!!!! Something bad will happen to him! There should be some sort of law against this?! I would call the police.. also share on facebook nothing humbles a racist more than being called out!!
