My favorite scene.

He literally head-butted the glass and it cracked, yet it left only a smudge on his face

Let’s not forget Mr Peterson took on 5 police officers and 3 took him down while he CARRIED A HUMAN BEING WITH ONE HAND AND LIFTED ONE UP LIKE A RAGDOLL AND THREW HIM ON THE GROUND WHILE HE GRABBED A OFFICER AND TWO OTHER OFFICERS TRIED TO HIT HIM WITH THEIR BATONS AND HE THREW THE HOLDING OFFICER INTO THE OTHER ONES INTO A CAR. Honestly Mr Peterson is just Peter Parker with the symbiotic.

Aaron. His son. After the neighbour’s wife died Aaron became mentally unwell because his mum had died so he took out the anger on his sister and accidentally killed her. The neighbour locked him in the basement to keep him safes from the police because they would arrest him for killing his sister. The shadow thing is representative of their fear. The neighbour’s fear of losing his family and nicky’s fear of the trauma of being kidnapped by the neighbour.
