I love this "Behind the Scenes" video and your commentary of the work you're doing as well as the property background information. Your new Toro mower did some impressive work on that yard. As ever, you're the best edger of all time! What a real blessing you are to your community.❤️🙏👍 Heading over to the main channel now!

I love the steel brush in the sidewalk cleanup. Besides the benefit of lowering dust cloud from just blowing it looks like it also polishes and removes dirt stains that blowing wouldn’t accomplish alone. It’s supper satisfying to watch.

Pop, u said it all 4 me ... Tks Fill, keep up the good work.. we enjoy ur videos.. Blessings 2 All ❤
Great footage Fill. Don't let people rattle your cage so to speak. As long as you are doing the right thing it doesn't matter what other people think. It's all about what is in your heart and mind. Always keep that in mind and you will be fine. Also it takes a good strategy to make a lawn look professionally done. The strategy that you used made this lawn look superb! Keep up the good work Fill. God Bless you and your family.
The property looks better, Fill! 😊 You really helped another neighborhood. If someone can afford to pay $680k for that piece of land then they should be able to afford lawn care.

its foreign investors.. they are buying up any property they can get.. they are slowly taking over america.. its no joke.. they will own the land and never let it go.. its a long term strategy. thats why property prices are so high.. If they own the land they own America and our government is too stupid to stop it. In many countries foreign investors can't own the land. Vietnam, Mexico you are lease hold meaning 99 year lease on the land then it reverts and you can be kicked off it. Hawaii does that for some of its land so it doesn't turn into a giant Ramada Inn or Disney Land but nowhere else. 100% we are being taken over in a passive way so no one complains. They aren't buying every property.. just enough before people catch on. but its driving prices extremely high.

Anyone who paid that much could have paid half as much and repaired it. Not using the property itself probably means its part of some sort of fraud.

Love the brush on the side walks. Awesome job!!😊😊😊
Hi from Australia Fill. Like the extra chatting on this channel.
I like the behind the scenes videos. Makes me appreciate all the work you put in just moving cameras around to get great angles for your main channel. Great job!
Love the behind the scenes 😍 you are a great worker with integrity, the fact that you think about the neighbours is fantastic. Have a great weekend. 😊
Watching this has awakened me on how much time and thought it takes to move cameras just so we can get these awesome videos. I have a way new respect for all that’s involved in making these videos. The commentary is great.... learning why you do the things or techniques you do! This was almost like a hay field! Awesome video! - watching from Lake Wales, Florida
First time viewing this behind the scenes channel. I love your main channel and now I love this one too because we get more Fill talking in this. I love to hear your thoughts on what you are doing. Thank you for your videos. I absolutely love them and I absolutely love watching you use that big steel brush. It does such an amazing job .....the path is bad at the front and perfect behind you where you walked. The transformation is a joy to behold. It would satisfy anyone's OCD! ♥ 🙏
'fun' to see what all goes thru your brain and all the steps taken to make the videos & do the excellent job you do. Another neighborhood blessed😊
It’s hard to cut wet grass, but as always your work is great. You are an amazing young man and an asset to your community. God Bless you & your family. 🥰🥰🙏🙏

Today I learned that cutting wet grass dulls blades! Those are the kind of tips I’ve picked up from your posts. Also liked how you told us you mowed it 3. Another helpful bit of info!! Thanks!! Looks great! Stripes are awesome! Hopefully you’ll post an example of what dry grass looks like to really see them!
I love your edges so much. When you do that new sweeper tool you have, it makes me want to sneeze every time 😁
Look sweetie let em talk bcuz after all they should of got off their lazy asses and done it themselves. Just u know u did somebody a giant favor by helping them out. Keep up the good work young man nd u will surely be blessed by the best. GOD BLESS U YOUNG MAN.😂😂❤❤❤.

You’re exactly right Rachel. So many people rush to get that fast pass to get that bags of cash, attention, and credit. Always expecting handouts. It’s ridiculous as f^^k. If they want to be successful to get what they want, they need to figure out what’s their passion, learn them, study them, and go from there by putting in the WORK!
I loved this behind the scenes Fill. I've never known about this channel until now. I always watch your regular channel. Thanks for this. I wouldn't have the patience to keep moving cameras all the time. When I cut, my goal is efficiency and speed. I just wouldn't want to be wasting time messing with cameras. On a positive note, I did my church property 2 days ago in just under 3 hours. It had been taking me between 4 and 5 hours, and 3.5 hours the last time. So the fact I got it under 3 hours this time was very exciting, especially considering I push mow the whole thing. Have a good one brother.
They looked at you and were probably wondering 🤔if you were the owner or not. Too bad the rain didn't stop all that dust. Great footage, stay well, be safe, God Bless, and I'll see you in the next one. ❤🤍💙
Nice work. Great learning about stuff they don't tell you about in the brochures. You are the ultimate pro who takes pride in what you do. It shows in your work. Txs for sharing.
Nice yard to work on. Nothing piled up in the yard. Not a lot of trees to trim. I know it was still a good bit to do. You made it look great. Just like you do on all your videos. May God bless you, your family and your business.
Man I had no idea it's a lot of work what you guys do, behind the scenes video it made me realize how many times you have to move that camera, you did an awesome job. Thanks for behind the scenes video.
If I was a neighbor I’d worry about why anyone would pay that much for this lot and then build a house. I’m wondering if some contractor isn’t planning on building something commercial or maybe apartments.
Neighbour certainly have a great deal of knowledge of the tenant…..lot was worth more than the house for sure. Good job.❤🇨🇦
Watching now, love the behind the scenes and commentary. Major kudos to you and all the hard work you do for others 😊 I love the explanations of why you do things a certain way and I love that brush attachment! 😮thank you for sharing and god bless 🙏
I've been following you for a few months now on the main channel ( June '24 ) and this is the first time I've seen THIS channel - now I'm subscribed to both - my favorite part of both is when you found the ONE flower on the entire property. ( like a patch of blue on a cloudy day )

You did an awesome job. Thank you so much for sharing and explaining what you were doing. Keep up the good work peace brother. 👍🇺🇸🙏🏼
Grass is always greener over the septic tank.
Great job! Your new technique is the way I mow our pastures.

Fill's Lawn Care You did a very good job. That was alot of grass. God bless your channel.
I love love that rotating brush. Fantastic job.
Nice touch showing you moving the cameras
Totally terrific Toro mower! When this property is redeveloped | 'm sure it will look amazing with a grand house and spacious lot. Nice job!
I love the Behind the Scenes! I always wondered about how you guys decide which way to mow the grass, and I thought it was very difficult and time consuming to keep resetting the camera to different positions. I see now that it is not. It must be difficult though, to make two videos at the same time. Great job! Thoroughly enjoyed it! 😊
Loved the job you did there looks so much better. Thanks for sharing. God bless.
This is my first time watching this channel. I had never seen the power bush technique before. Thank for working on this property. I’m watching from Spokane, WA.
First timer for Plus. I did enjoy it. As I do my own lawn at 68, I love to hear all the specifics on techniques and especially equipment. Do keep it up. Nice job on this one.
I love the behind the scenes videos. Keep up the great work you do.
I love the “behind the scene”! Thanks!
Thank you for taking care of yourself. You're important to us.
Great job, Fill! That was quite the overgrown lawn. Love the back story of the property. Thank you for your kindness to others. Blessings!
Fill, I love the work you're doing keep up the drive to help others,
Kalifornia prices....I really like my rotary cutter. After using a straight edger few times, it's fast and easy to leave razor sharp borders. Still waiting for my brush and flapper. Hope the new owners leave any attitudes on the west side of the mountains. Life in the Midwest is great. 40 below keeps out the riff raff. Really appreciate you revealing your thoughts as the jobs progress.
Love this! Is the regular video out? I haven't been notified so I was just wondering. Your behind scenes videos are terrific, keep them coming. It makes people understand why you do the things you do. Great job!

Nice of you to make this behind the scene footage! I enjoyed watching it! I watch your main channel most of the time. Love this video! Keep doing what you do!
A+++-highly engaging and informative behind the scenes video! Your precision edging and mowing is a work of art! And your ending/conclusion? How can one possibly not engage in humor and laughter! SUBERB!!!!
Love Love Love these types of videos. Amazing how much you have to move the camera! Thank you
I really enjoy hearing your thought process. You are the best!
Man that was a good one Fill! Love how the Toro MultiForce just cruised right through it. Good stuff! 😎
Thanks for posting the back story. I watched the other video first. I wish these investors (making an assumption here) would take care of the yards of the properties they plan to remodel while they are pulling permits, etc. It's not very neighborly...and actually kind of rude to let them overgrow like that.
The grass looks beautiful. Great work God bless.
Awesome job...🥰
That house could be made to look really sweet wih some T.L.C. ( tender loving care) and of course a LOT of hard work. Thanks for sharing.🙏❤
At first I thought you were saying it sold for six hundred eighty dollars. When you added thousand, I spit out my coffee! What?!
Beautiful job... Have a great job! Love that brush attachment
Love all your videos! Keep up the great work. God Bless!
You're awesome.God Bless.Cheers.
Don't know what area you live in, but we lived on Whidbey Island for seven years and sure miss salmon season. I sure enjoy your videos and applaud you for taking care of the elderly and our veterans. Take care, Jerry
Keeping hydrated is necessary!!
I am going to miss you this winter. In montana it's already snowed and froze , thawing now for a few days. You are a good honest man and I certainly would have you do my yard at home , but I moved to an apartment house, not my lawn, oh well, I am 93, it was time. God bless you Phil, I know he does.
1st time watching your video 😂. You're a comedian. Some laughable moments. The before and after .. WOW! Awesome finish. Never mind what the spectators think because I'll bet that they wouldn't have considered volunteering time aside for an act of kindness deed. Kudos to you. The steel KBKM bristle brush attachment does an incredible job. I've never seen any of the guys in the lawnmower business here in New Zealand with that piece of machinery. We also do not receive a warning or an infringement notice for unkept overgrown lawns. Not yet! 😂 .. May your business prosper abundantly. You definitely get a good workout. Blessings from the kiwis down under, New Zealand.
Was there a chicken nearby? When you moved that gate, I swear that gate clucked?clicked? If they don't like the job you do, then they can get off thier arse and come do it themselves!

Wow Fill! It’s super to see the behind the scenes things what you do to bring a perfect vlog on the Main channel. Thank you. ❤️🇦🇺🇺🇸
Very interesting to see how you move the cameras as you do your work. Totally enjoyed the format!

Good to see a bit of background to the job / story 👍👍👍🇬🇧Manchester England 🇬🇧👍👍👌👋
Awesome work as always Fill.....
I'm glad I found your behind the scenes channel! ❤
I have seen a UK spray washer fella who has a camera on an extendable mast on his truck. It really covers a nice view and reduces resets for camera positions.
Thank-you for doing this. I get the feeling that this place was once part of a farm.---I love the peonie. I can't grow them in my coastal California location...not cold enough in the winter.
Wow $600K? I noticed the real estate in Wallace, ID has gone up significantly as well. It's not that far from you. I think ID is appealing to more and more people these days. I love ID, but now I don't know if I can afford it now.
Great Work ! Do what you do best and don’t worry about the rest. Great character. Martin

I used to do lots like that. It's definitely harder to do when their wet but you did a good job on that one. Bet the neighbors will be happy to see it cut
I love behind the scenes. The longer the video, the better.

I liked this because you explain a lot of things you do. Method to your madness kind of thing as you said. Like it.❤
You take such care with each lawn.
Just discovered this channel. Love it!
Great job as usual, looks like your nee Toro equipment is up to the task. Have you ever tried doing just a half cut width when your trying to mulch the grass, this way you cut new stuff and recut previous cut grass.
I believe you provide a nice service to other start up channels now, showing behind the scenes abit. I tried commenting on a few, how they should move the camera often and such, but some dont understand. Typical start outs, just place the camera and forget about it :-)
