పుష్ప లో అల్లు అర్జున్ తప్ప మరొకరిని ఊహించలేం ఇప్పుడు వెనక తిరిగి చూస్తే. అందుకే అల్లు అర్జున్ కి అడిగినంత ఇస్తారు. కానీ రష్మీక ఒక్కరే కాదు ఆ పాత్ర ఎవరు చేసిన పర్లేదు అనిపిస్తుంది. పైగా అల్లు అర్జున్ పాత్ర ఒక్క సంవత్సరం పడితే షూటింగ్ కి, రష్మీక పాత్ర ఒక రెండు నెలలు ఎక్కువ అతిలో అతి అనుకున్నా. మరి ఇద్దరికీ ఒకే జీతం ఇవ్వొచ్చా ఒకే సినిమాకి ? తేడా ఉంది గా ? ఇంకా మాట్లాడితే సినిమాలో అనసూయ, సునీల్, హీరో ఫ్రెండ్ పాత్రలు ఎక్కువ బాగుంటాయి మన రష్మీక కన్నా. కానీ అనసూయ కన్నా రాష్మీక కి ఎక్కువ ఇస్తారు కదా జీతం. హీరో స్నేహితుడి పాత్ర కూడా ఎక్కువ సేపు ఉంటది పాత్ర, కానీ ఆయనకు మీకన్నా తక్కువ ఉంటుంది కదా జీతం. ఇచ్చింది మీ పాత్రకి తగ్గట్టుగా అని అనుకొని వెళ్లిపోవాలి కొన్ని కొన్ని పాత్రలకు..
వీళ్లు డబ్బింగ్ చెప్పరు, ఎక్కడినుంచో వస్తారు, నిజం మాట్లాడుకుంటే గ్లామర్ కోసం ఎక్కువ చూస్తారు వాళ్ల నటన కన్నా. డబ్బులు ఎక్కువ అడగటం కన్నా ముందు మీరు అడగాల్సిన ప్రశ్న మాకు మంచి పాత్రలు రాయమని. మంచి పాత్ర పడినప్పుడు కచ్చితంగా మీకోసం ప్రత్యేకంగా ప్రేక్షకులు మీకోసం వస్తారు సినిమాకి. అలా వచ్చినప్పుడు మీరు అడిగినంత ఇవ్వాలి. ఈ anchor కి తెలీదు అనుకుంటా software లో అలా అమ్మాయి అబ్బాయి అని చూసి జీతాలు ఇవ్వరు. మీకు తెలియక మాట్లాడుతున్నారు. కేవలం పనితీరు, మరియు మీరు join అవ్వటానికి చేసే HR negotiation లొ ఉంటుంది.
