Negative thoughts while trying to cut my hair.

Honesty sometimes I want to sleep in my car overnight, just to be outside If I had grass in my backyard I would've camp outside, before I had anxiety I used to always like going to my local Lakes, ponds just to get away from everyday stressful situations.
When I was still working I would always think about buying a hardtop popup camper or a small RV just so I can take my family on a weekend getaway, or when I had to work overtime at work I could just relaxed in my camper or RV.
It sucks how Anxiety can take some much away from a person.

    I know it's very difficult but we ought to face our fear. I was agorophobic. I was afraid of having a panic attack and passing out. My boyfriend literally forced me out of the house and took me to the mall and when I felt it coming I would just tell my self I was fine and I would breath in and out slowly. After that it started getting easier going to public places. Hang in there and I promise you if you give it a try it will get easier and you will start feeling more confident and your anxiety will subside

    This is what I did too and it worked. I did have a panic attack once when I was about a block away going for a walk but I powered through. I did become stronger that day but I can understand Jonny's situation since having depersonaliztion/derealization is 10x more devastating than just having anxiety/agoraphobia.

    Maybe starting off slowly. Going out for walks and try going a little further every day. Or going for short car rides.

    Are you in any kind of therapy like counseling or attend support groups. It really helps talking to someone.

    Maria Moreno I useally talk to a few people on Instagram, but no therapy, my agoraphobia would kick in within a few minutes as soon as I leave the front door, even my backyard
