The ones to understand it the most are those of us suffering from a mental illness, especially depression, everyone tells you to be strong and think you weak because you face so many times that you just want to give up and even though you have people that love you they truly can never understand just how much you're suffering to just make it through one more day. Mental illness is a real struggle and more people need to try to understand it's so damn hard. Even with support you still feel so damn alone.
