Stay strong! Me too,a quite similar problem,it's kind of a mix of anxiety and slight depression,not too much ,but sometimes I make simple things become hard and I start feeling overwhelmed and confused,we gonna fight and hope that everything will be ok and turn out the right way! Good luck!

Can't believe I've never heard this so glad I found this song.. I've never heard somebody put it quite into words to the point where it made a legitimately made me feel like for once in my life somebody knows what I feeling what I go through and can explain it better with words than I ever could and now I'm stuck with this song on repeat because it makes me feel legitimately better

Love this song! I completely relate to this song. Depression, anxiety, sleep paralysis, and night terrors from PTSD. My head is tons of fun lol Thank God for anxiety meds cuz else but and your songs help me get all my tears out. It's very healing for me. Couldn't cry for very long time...Won't let my demons win khough. Not as long a ❤️❤️ breathing anyw ! Really great songs!!, love the lyrics!! It's ⅞ like this one and "Inside Her Head" and "Sad Girl" and so many others writtenby mainly by Bryce Savage, that helps me throughlll and even though most are considered sad or emo rock or whatever people an to call it, they make me happy and they all have a vibe that relaxes and fills me with good vibes energy!
