Being a Kapoor Bahu comes with a lot of status, respect, glory and perks. Ranbir benefited from that name in movies but being around his father ruined him completely. So she did sacrifice her son’s character for the Kapoor name. Neetu obviously got addicted to the fame, glory and perks of being a Kapoor. And must’ve decided that working for money was too hard, remarrying was too hard, leaving was too hard and finding a man who could match up to the Kapoor name was too hard. Who would she date or remarry if she left her Kapoor husband? A khan? Thats doubtful. Many women from that generation and today’s think/thought that way. They’re too lazy and weak. Have you noticed, that Neetu never talks about the successes of her own family or what kind of family she comes from? That’s because she can’t match the Kapoor name.

You are right, that's why he always look unhappy and never smiles...I always thought it was arrogance but he is just socially awkward. In an interview Neetu said Ranbir is always in a yogic mood which implies he is neutral or emotionless. Alia also said he is fluent in silence and is quite comfortable and that bothers her and she also stated it’s something that she finds powerful. In his early youth Ranbir was into drugs and that also has to do with how the eyes of a person begins to look like. Like even Sanjay Dutts eyes.

How is the family first if you are fine to sleep around as an when you want while your partner is expected to stay loyal? Will they be ok if Neetu did the same, slept around and came back saying, I wont leave you ever because I am getting the action outside so I need someone to stay put for rest of my life. This kind of arrangement is nothing short of gold-digging and / or mistress / prostitution, only difference being you are not openly running it like brothels do it. If my husband has extra marital affair and he is nice to my kids and he take care of my needs why should I create an issue here? Someone else is doing my dirty work while I will be sleeping nicely with my moisturizer on. Moreover I would ask for something expensive like a house or investable thing as a compensation. If he gives that what's the problem and there is nothing wrong to be a gold digger. Another thing if I would like to cheat on my husband I would do that secretly, but I won't say this because I want my compensation gifts keeps coming in 🤣🤣🤣🤣.

I think the times they lived in, married women in India were perceived quite different, and women who walked out of marriage even more so. It is easy to judge when not in those shoes but sometimes people do foolish things in love or just out of consideration for the kids, esp the women. For them it used to be more about compromise and forgiving and caring. Who are we to judge. But yes such relationships do take a huge toll, spilling on to the children as well.

Every Bollywood marriage is an open marriage. And not only Bollywood industry but the society at large have open marriages. 8/10 marriages have either or both of the spouses sleeping with other people. Not every marriage ends up in divorce because of such peccadilloes. It’s more of an accepted norm. Breaking up marriage is more difficult than it seems as too many are at stake. Kids, Finances, Careers, Status et all. Don’t look at Bollywood. Just look around and it is not difficult to spot one or two such marriages in your vicinity. In fact one night stands are the least of worries over which divorces take place

But i never heard of Rishi Kapoor affairs with his leading ladies or anything in the media. Now flirting isn't affairs but Neetu did say he was a flirt! But idk if he had long affairs or one night stands outside of film world. But i never read news of him having affairs with his leading ladies. Not everything reported is true either some are just rumors. And not every man is a cheater liar in the world.

@@rrupyg Well she did say he had one night stands,but she back tracked on that, probably when she made the first interview she was mad at him,remember Ranbir talked about how his parents used to fight bitterly and those fights would last well into the wee hours of the next day,Neetu left Rishi,with the kids and started a small business for a while,but then Rishi Kapoor managed to convince her to come back,so there is no smoke without a fire.She was willing to put up with his bad behaviour,he was alcoholic and would pick fights with people,anyway it was her life her problem,and Rishi Kapoor is no more so it's all water under the bridge.

But just bicker about mundane things and yea she didn't like his drinking. But even while they were shooting for jab tak hai jaan... Neetu laughed and said they didn't talk that whole day were fighting lol. But they seem to bicker all thru their real relationship just like they did in the movies as a couple. She did say he was a brat always. But honestly no one really knows the exact personal details of anyone's relationship behind closed doors....not just celebs but anyone.
