Bro there is a mistake on your side. The thing which is saying "admission to educational institutions other than engeneering and medical " - this refers to the CLAT exam . It is simply refering to the category of the exam which is written by the petitioner. Simply , the court did not mention that the rule cant ve applied to medical exams. That was just rhe category of the exam on which the court case was being held (CLAT) This is a mistake which a lot of people are making. I hope you either correct the mistake or delete the video bcz it is spreading further misinformation. I have confirmed it from correct sources, and you can also recheck if you have any doubts. case was being held (CLAT)
