There's a moral issue here from the side of students, about 24 lakh students appeared for NEET-UG 2024 but there are only 1,06,333 seats for medical courses. Out of these, Approx. 55,648 seats are in government colleges, and 50,685 seats are in private MBBS colleges. So of course the voice for re-NEET will be louder than those of students who had passed the exam with only sheer handwork and no malpractice of any kind.

Sir all major medias reported about the arrest of OASIS SCHOOL Principal in Hazaribagh in connection with the NEET UG Question paper leak, about the tampering and leakage of the envelope containing Question paper while transporting through the e_auto to the HAZARIBAGH school. This is to bring to the notice of HONORABLE CHIEF JUSTICE that even if a student get the question paper 1 hour before the exam and if he study the answer for 10 questions he can indrease another 40 marks to his total .Then there will be a huge difference in rank. So even if the leak happened 1 hour earlier also it will affect the whole ranking system . Then the media also reported that some students were allowed to choose a particular center in Ghoodra , they belong to different states from India. How this is possible without the involvement of NTA officials! The students were asked to bubble the answer they know and leave the others , so that a teacher in that center will fill the left out . Is this not corrupt my lord. This is just a center which came into light. Like this how many more might have been. My lord please consider such findings too.

Sir even if the question paper leak happened 1 hour before the exam a student who got it ,if he was able to study 10 questions he can score 40 more marks. Then there will be a huge increase in his rank. Also my Lord NTA 's claim that the mark increased due to reduction in syllabus is baseless. It is true some syllabus is reduced, but if we want to make the concept clear we want to study those reduced topics too as these topics are inter connected. Otherwise the concept will not be clear. So my Lord NTA 's claim that the inflation in marks happened due to reduction in syllabus is baseless, injust and irrational.

Sir NTA ' s claim that the the accused from Godhra center is not benefited , how far we can take into account. Because without the involvement of some NTA officials these students would not have got that particular center. Then We can assume that inorder to protect themselves and the scammers these officials can also manipulate the marks to show none of these students got full marks, so that both NTA and these students can be safe.
