Supreme court s rule followed states that if grace is given to x student.then number of seats should be increased by X number.If it's not possible then grace giving is not possible

Aaj ke news paper Nav Bharat Times, Delhi ( 06/06/2024) me NTA ne bataya ki unhone 1500 students ko grace marks diye. Jo ki kora jhooth nazar aa raha hai. Jabki Bachcho ki rank me 10,000 ka inflation aa raha hai. Ye bahut badi dandlebaazi kari hai NTA.

But question is ...there was no link in public domain for reporting time loss neither there was rule published in brochure. NTA has applied normalisation formula for time loss to thousands of students. Also no link was given in public domain for reporting time loss. As per NTA normalisation formula was adopted from writ petition no.551 of 2018. In para no.3 of page no.9 it is clearly stated that if such compensatory marks are given then additional seat are to be created so that other students do not suffer.but here deserving candidates are getting out of selection ranks. In my case my score is 640 ,my expected rank was approx 12000 but got 38786 rank in all India. This case was related to CLAT which is totally different from NEET. Students generally attempt biology section and complete this section in 20 to 30 minutes and score nearly full marks in biology how can you give Grace marks for physics and chemistry section on the basis of biology secton. These two sections take totally different in difficulty level and time taken per question. It is totally unfair.....Pls dig deep and help students like us ....At least a link should have been provided to report loss of time and formula for Grace marks should have been provided in public domain.....

SC compensate 9.90 marks but this was online test where the computer was dysfunctional. Bt this offline test scenario are totally different from that .

Bhaiya NTA is even accepting That They Gave grace marks at the centre Due to loss of 45 mins time..and it's the same centre from which 6 AIR 1 came.. And they said they have done this in other citites also Source -TOI article

In brochure it not mentioned regarding provision of grace marks so it is totally unjustified, secondly if given then it should be as per proportionate ratio based on number of correct answer attempted, like a student got 20 min less time then he/she should get marks in same ratio of correct marks out of 180, like if in OMR out of 180 question 90 is correct then only 40 marks to be given in grace not 80 this is my personal opinion. But imjediately action needs to be taken and NTA to come out with notice that earlier result were wrong and correct Result will be issued shortly.

The students who complete the paper also dont have time thats y they got wrong in hurry how can u givegrace mark's

Biology takes 20 min for 90 questions..max accuracy Physics and chemistry takes 120-140 min with less accuracy. How percentage attempt and accuracy of biology can be given for physics and chemistry? As mostly students attempt bio 1st max.questions left will be from physics and chemistry.Giving marks as of biology will greatly increase the score.

This order related to the exam of CLAY and this was conducted through online where the log and close time available in the computer. Further, how the NTA has calculate the loss of time and what action has taken against the staff detailed on exam duty by NTA. Since the method of exam is different, the judgment should not be applicable in NEET.

No student got full time in paper. Time should be given in place of time not marks. Grace given to special students under the table as no notification was issued for all
