INGREDIENTS
¾ Cup Roasted Gram Dal (Pottukadalai / Dhaliya) 1 Cup - 250ml
2 tbsp Grated Coconut
6 nos Green Chili
3 nos Garlic cloves
1 inch Ginger
1 blueberry size Tamarind
1 handful Coriander Leaves
1½ tsp Salt
TEMPERING
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
1 tbsp Split Urad Dal
1 no Red Chili
Few Curry leaves

I use Ninja pro blender. I'm not doing anything to maintain stainless steel pans. Usual cleaning only 😀 Bergner brand steel pans are heavy and it is very easy to maintain.

Hi Subbu. Cold water thanne add panneenga? Idhu meendu pochu na we put it into the fridge isn't it? So when we use again and if it becomes thick how do we get it to room temperature? I always have this problem when I make chutney with pottu kadalai. Please do let me know

We can microwave or we can heat some water and place chutney bowl on top of the boiling water that would help to heat the chutney 🙏🙏
