That Ultramel can’t be partho because the incomplete dominants would be super forms. Worthwhile to test your male for het Ultraglow

Woah Miguel that is crazy! That 3rd one does look like od, black pastel, Ultramel maybe even yellow belly. But should’ve all been hets.

I just had this exact thing happen to me on my first clutch ever I bred two black heads het g stripe one baby came out a g stripe one came out super BH then we hit a black head hypo

If im not wrong this happened to Billy of MC years ago and it was partial partho. I'm leaning more to partial partho especially because that looks like a Black Pastel YB Ultramel and looks Ivory to me but just to make sure test the male for Ultramel

I don't know if a duel sire can occur with a male and a "female(partho)" ....but im sure it may be possible. I'll be watching.. 🙏🏽

Could still be a partial partho clutch if any of the funky ones are female! I had a clutch once with Mojave just on one side and 3 babies were obviously from the sire, but then I got one super Mojave female! And as far as what partho babies get from their mom’s, whatever they get it will be two copies. With the dam being an ultra glow all partho babies would be female ultra glows. And then if they get BP or YB from the dam, it would be super BP or ivory. So with that one ultra glow looking one looking BP, but not super BP, that would be evidence against partho. Very interesting clutch indeed!!! I look forward to seeing updates on them, and results for any genetic tests you do!

I’d say Partho. If the ones in question are female and hold no OD it’s more than likely to be Partho. Plus the fact the last one is grey would lean towards super BP with more genes. If it is Partho the ones in question will all be female and only hold genes from the dam in single or super form.

3rd could be a Ultramel BP..poss a hypo version

Partial partho is possible but most likely scenario is just that the male is het ultramel.

Maybe your hypo is orange ghost line and its bp orange ghost.

Dad was probably het ultramel or a poss het that they sold without disclosing. Hit the lottery and skipped a season getting ahead. Congrats man. Interested if the Ultrmels are female, then maybe partial partho.

I would say reach out to Kinova once they come out the egg or after their first shed. Justin is pretty good at identifying genes. Hope he can help.

I'm going to suggest that the one you think is black pastel ultramel is actually hypo ultramel and therefore a parthenogen, based on other hypo ultramels I have seen. As we cannot see the other one, we will have to wait until it hatches. I will go out on an educated limb here and say that the two ultramels are female. Indeed, any female in the clutch has the potential to be a parthenogen if they have only any of the maternal alleles in the homozygous form. So, a heterozygous gene will be either homozygous mutant or homozygous wild type. To follow up on another comment you make, parthenogens will only ever be clones of the mother if the mother is homozygous for all of the given traits. So, your enchi desert ghost would have been super enchi desert ghost.

Suck it up butter cup. Ft would quintuple how long feeding takes. Some won't take ft. And for what its worth I feed fr 85%
