Need your advice! {Dysmorphia}

Hello! Its very rare that I make a video about any personal issues that I have but..here it goes. I do suffer from dysmorphia and its pretty much a daily occurence..

    Hiya, first of all, I really admire your positive attitude even though you are obviously struggling with this. Positivity is the first step to helping yourself through this, so well done! As you said you grow very thick hair, have you tried shaving cream and a rasor or wax strips? Maybe plucking your eyebrows just to give them a sharper definition? I really felt for you when you talked about your menstrual cycle :(, I am sorry you have to go through that. To help with the bloating, you could maybe do a few exercises such as sit-ups, crunches, pelvic tilts, donkey kicks, planks etc and maybe a bit of cardio. Or if you prefer yoga, there are som positions which also help with bloating. However there are also anti bloating foods such as almonds, avocados, apple juice, carrots, broccoli, spinach, cranberries, garlic, bananas, celery, herbal teas. I know they are not the most appealing foods, but staying away from fatty foods during your period will help with the bloating too. If you’re trying to feel more feminine, you could try a bit of makeup such as mascara and lip gloss but also just in the way you dress could change your appearance. And also maybe contact lenses instead of glasses because you have a beautiful face! Anyways I hope this helped and please message me again if you need more advice ;)
