No, you will out of bounds and then will get infinity jump until get respawn

Potentially leftover from a planned map expansion DLC Or it could just be there to fill the scenery.

Probably knew a person would glitch thru and wanted to give him a small surprise or bc they thought someone would crash so hard the would fly to it, so they added collisions
