@@jones6613 In the meantime I managed to solve that myself. Embarrassing that I needed so many hours of practice for drifting compared to the other driving styles. At some point it clicked and worked. But thank you.

Does the level of the car effect the amount of points you get?

I drive a Aston Martin DB11 level 399 with 1,327 hp and a 0-60 at 1.87 don’t know if this is that good but it is what it is.

Finally not spin tires

If you throw the weight a little closer to the rear it throws around a little bit more agresive but if you can handle it it's alot smoother

My tune is everything to the right on all cars and on the drift event near the race dealership I got 3 mil with the hurrican

Holy shit you are soo great at drifting. I'm playing this and i'm stuck at the drift club of the soldier where you need to score 66k+ i think. What buttons do i need to press/spam when drifting ? Max i get is x1 multiplier and almost 40k score :(

Try upgrading your car more having a car with more power makes it a lot easier to drift. I used the m3 and the lambo murcielago both are maxed out though. Also try not tapping the brakes more than spamming. Once youre in a drift its generally easy to maintain it. Watch the way he steers the car while in a drift and youll understand

I wouldn't drift on straights. Your just hurting your score. Max your speed with N20 with a burst. Then just before the bend give another boost, then tap reverse(not hand) boost again towards the end(never the boost mid drift) all while holding down the accelerator the whole time. Also that dirt drifting seems like a good tip but its slowing you down which is hurting your score. Im getting much larger scores on each bend than whats shown here. Its all about speed. I don't rock the car on straights. Instead hold it at an angle all the way through. This way I don't sacrifice speed. If you can master this technique you'll always achieve 3 stars within the first 1 to 3 bends.

@@JayyJitsu yeah its doesn't slow you down so much like the handbrake. Instead it helps maintain a nice even glide.

Can't drift like this bro back to back. Either it does a single long drift with a handbrake or crash on the roadside if tapped brakes and turned. WTF can't get this shit. Help!

Yes youre right. Speed is what you need. Rocking like that is no good for your score.

@@Mike-yq2or no I’ve played well over 1000 speedlist you are right that it slows you down but if you get 6x chidori cards with 3 perks and you will be traveling at average 100 mph and you will gain many more points.😉

This "brake to drift" mechanic is the thing that annoys me the most in the new NFS games. It makes it look like a mobile game so much.

No other cars on the street. That's something never happens all the time I played the game.

What about stance tuning. Cause the camber can make a big difference in how tight it feels or how loose the drifts are. I know you said its cosmetic but it feels like it does something

Its not cosmetic. I tune my cars for each activity. Makes a big difference. Do the activity as is to get a feel for it. Then adjust accordingly.

how the heck do you keep your speed so low? do you use handbrakes? would be super helpful if you could describe how you do it... i cant seem to do the same. I see that when you are drifting the speed bar goes to the red and flashes which suggests youre using a handbreak (such as in 1:05). What about tuning? thx!

Shifted Twister use normal brakes 90% of time (l2). Use the handbrake (square) rarely for tighter corners. Its all a matter of feeling. Its easy

I have Drift Angle - 1 away from max more Weight Balance - 1 away from max rear Handbrake Strength - left it normal I tend to get top 3 in multi with rx7

This is NFS Payback not Underground 2. This shit does not work. Link your corners and NOS when the road is straight.
