He's actually the good guy. That's what makes this game so awesome to play! At best you're playing an Anti-Hero. Cross is trying to keep Rockport and it's citizens safe, while you're trying to get your car back from razor.

Huey Freeman & his animated friends while it may have strayed away from its original roots, no one minded because it’s just another version of its self. A street turner version. A more cinematic version of itself. Many of us enjoyed the script and the characters. It’s why people were upset at the remake because they clearly didn’t understand the perfect formula they made back in 2005. Not all need for speeds needed to be like this one, but their street versions most definitely

cheese? are you fucking kidding me? this game came out in what? 2005 ? This game DEFINED "cheese". There was no "cheese" in cutscenes before this. Top quality games being made back then. Today it's mostly just sloppy rushed messes that look pretty.

i killed cross, (well kinda) when i was grinding my bounty near that concert stage place where cops can't get there, i saw cross's car and while i was waiting, the car got flipped over by another car and got destroyed, it even said "cross" when saying that i immobilized a police car.

What a nice guy. Gave the player a free pin stripe. Their car just wasn't complete without one, and now it's perfect. But really though, we need a 10 hour version where it's super slowed down and all you hear is the key grinding on the car with the sound intensified. Good ASMR.

+Andre Klebleyev You are not as only one that hate Sergeant Cross i also hate Sergeant Cross as well and i also hate Sergeant Cross Partner either and i also hate All Of Those Cops in this Need For Speed Game either if Sergeant Gross and if Sergeant Gross Partner and if All Of The Police Cops from this Need For Speed Game didn't turn into as Bad Cops and and if All Of Those Police Cops didn't behave as Bad Cops to stand in The Players Way and to stand in Mia Townsend's Way and to Chase and to Arrest The Player for no any reasons and if they only were going to Chase and if they only were going to Arrest Razor Callahan and All Of Razor Callahan's People that have joined Razor Callahan on them Blacklist than this Need For Speed Game would have been little bit more fair and little bit more easier to play with it and to finish with it

You don't understand. This is the below m3 gtr, it's a race car built by bmw to race in the ALMS and 24 hour races. It's a fully fledged race car that's not street legal. Cross was commenting on the interior since it's completely stripped out and fitted with a race interior.

I always wondered why Cross' Corvette looks different from the one in the intro.

A surprise that will tear us apart from the inside out, and in the intro their is a corvette racing with street racers but its actually a cop. Maybe they were gonna add something like that in the story.

I think it would have neat if there was some kind of Sting feature, where rarely during a race, one or more of the racers may start flashing red and blue lights and turn out to be an undercover cop, and the race gets broken up as you have to evade, and these undercover racers would be harder than normal and somewhat act like Cross. Alternatively, I think it would have been cool if there was a Blacklist racer who drives a white Corvette that looks suspiciously reminiscent of a Federal Cruiser, and at some point in the story, in fact does reveal themself to be an undercover cop as a bunch of racers get busted, after which point for the rest of the game, the undercover cop has a chance of appearing in heat level 5 pursuits just like Cross, but separately from them, meaning you could potentially get more than one "elite" unit chasing you at the same time in the same pursuit, just for higher stakes. If only the AI didn't rubberband you so horribly it wouldn't matter anyway, I'd like to think this undercover Blacklist dude would be faster than Cross, having a car that's outfitted for high speed racing, but they'd be reckless, being a bit of an aggressive hothead prone to spinning out or inadvertently crashing, whereas Cross would be smarter and have a more level and strategic method of chasing you. Man I'd love a reboot of this game that doesn't suck.

@@xristaka8199 2015 is underrated too. Payback was average or below it, others were just plain forgettable. Heat was a return to form, Unbound is just ok at best. Rivals was not that great but it had great pursuit chases.
