You have to do high heat races and you must be level 50 to do em

Dont have to be level 50 to do heat races u can do heat races at lower level i was level 47 and i did a level 5 heat race dont need to be lvl 50

WTF This car sounds more like a Lamborghini V12 than a Vulcan it doesn’t sound nowhere close to tha real car but Payback had more of the realistic sound
