I like the sound of the BMW in carbon but it still pisses me off that they changed it the first place, the BMW sound from MW 2005 was so majestic and badass, it made you feel like a god when you drove it.

Meh, I thought the M3 was a piece of junk when I got it in MW. Would have been nice half way through the game. Id rather drive my end game Lambo or Mercedes.

This race was the bane of my childhood. I beat him ONCE, by pure luck.

The Mammalizer maxed out EVO with manual transmission.(ps2) feels like it's got glue on the tyres. on pc i beat him with a 350Z

I could only beat him with a good car like Carrera. Once I started beating him he was easier the next time.

I remember watching this video a lot in 2014.. Feels good to watch it again after such a time

I'm pissed off at how terrible those games look now, it seems like it was only yesterday that game was heavy as fuck, super good-looking and way heavy for my then-pc. Now games like this run on my phone. I still love em so much cause of the memories but wow, between the early 2000's and early 2010's visuals sure changed a ton. I'm gettin' old. Yesterday I spent 40+ gigabytes on bioshock which I finished in 4 hours and remembered that the game Gobliins 2 that I've been playing for the last 15 years is 1.5 megabytes. Anyway.

I will always have this game in my heart, god dammit this was the first game i ever played, it makes me so nostalgic that i can even have some tears in my face. I still remember when i couldn't wait to get out from school and arrive at home so i could play some nfs Carbon... Fuck man, this and MW were the BEST NFS for me... Let's see how they make this new ''Relaunch'', i don't have much faith on GHOST and EA.

Ahh Carbon. The great memories of me tuning my Ford GT and beating Darius. I celebrated. After that, I decided I wanted to unlock the BMW M3 GTR. Once I did, I used that car so much. I love the M3 GTR! Best car ever. Carbon is the best NFS game, along with MW 2005, Undergrounds, and some classic NFS (HP2, Porsche Unleashed).

Carbon was hands down the best with customising features but lacked on length of story if it had a longer and better story it would of been hands down the best nfs game there is

***** #1, yeah, I agree, these guys should go to the drift track for the street battle because of their hyped up cars. #2, that isn't a real thing, but let's just ignore it. #3, Nitrous is one of the most common greenhouse gases out there. And since greenhouse gases make Earth warmer, there's no shortage of it, meaning no shortage of Nitrous. Thanks 8th grade science class :). #4, well, I guess it's the only place where they can get some privacy. Besides, there isn't any traffic.

When I first played this game, it was on the Nintendo GameCube back in 06'. Ever since my GameCube broke and I beat Carbon like 3 times, I finally decided to get Carbon for my 360! My gosh, the HD quality and the different features they had on here compared to the GameCube version! By far one of my favorite NFS ever. 💯

I know it was 2 years ago but what pc can't handle 2005-2007 games in 2017?

una sola cosa, si no has jugado nfsmw, es decir, que no sabes que razor habia ganado el coche del jugador porque lo saboteo, y al final razor no le devuelve las llaves del coche, mía se los quita y cuando razor se las quiere quitar mía lo golpea y muestra que es policia encubierta al final todos son arrestados menos el jugador y desde que termina la persecución final dando el salto en el puente viejo, y ahí donde comienza toda la historia del nfsc

Carlos Trecan que truco es ese.... yo le gano a razor con el auto de angie modificado al maximo, solo los muscler y algunos tuners de nivel 2 se le puede ganar a darius si modificas bien el auto, ya le he ganado con el coche de angie en el xbox 360 sin trucos..

BlitzDuzm Oh that's simple. Lamborghini is under ownership of Audi. So Audi and Lambo have relations. Audi decided to make use of their subsidiary when making the R8 by taking the engine from a Lamborghini Gallardo, customizing it, and putting it in a new car. Darius' Audi has Lambo sound because the engine is A Lamborghini V10.

U can't drift. The more u try to drift the more u getting slower... You can't beat Audi Le Mans Quattro w/ drifting style coz M3 GTR and Le Mans Quattro are for only circuit mode.

First couple times racing the Audi r8 felt so unreal, my cars be maxed out stats and the r8 will still pull harder and handle better, like seriously

This was when Need For Speed was awesome. I've had underground all the way until carbon. Nowadays, the developers are taking from Forza, Gran Turismo and such. I actually enjoyed the the stories and free roams, open world concept.
