NED KELLY'S RESTING PLACE! KELLY CLAN DESCENDANTS VISIT AT THE SAME TIME!

While out Wangaratta way to pick up a car part, we thought we'd make the most of the journey by visiting a few cemeteries on the way back to Melbourne. (Why waste an opportunity right?)
This stop took us to GRETA CEMETERY, the resting place of Australia's most infamous outlaw; NED KELLY.
Little did we realise as we were there, there were descendants of the Kelly clan visiting also.
Randomly awesome!
While sussing out the place you can even hear a couple disembodied whispers telling us hello and where they are.
As with any cemetery visit, you never know what is going to come through. If any at all.
This episode of GhostBitches was filmed on my replacement phone;
OPPO AX5s and edited on the Kinemaster editing app.
Sound and video quality might not be as good.

    JaredKingTV I suspect the history of Ned Kelly that you follow is the fictitious rubbish written by pro Ned Kelly authors. Tell me I am wrong?

    Yeh that was totally random and super cool. They're around. Filmed an episode at the Old Melb Gaol (not uploaded) and an 'Edward' came through and what I gathered from spirit discussion that evening is that the spirits hate Ned Kelly there, they think he's a wanker cuz he's lauded as some sort of 'God'. (Need to get that episode off my tablet, fascinating what came through) Glad you enjoyed! Stay rad! 👻

    Very cool visits to the Cemetery. In the end photos you showed a shot of Ned Kelly's remains, so how can he be buried at the Cemetery in an unmarked grave. Who had the bones on display like that, cheers

    Ned Kelly's remains were dug up from the Old Melb Gaol and transferred to Pentridge Prison. When Pentridge was sold and done up as apartments his remains there were found and obviously photographed once identified. It is these remains that are buried in Greta Cemetery. Cheers for stopping by! 👻

    Ned was decapitated at Old Melbourne Jail and the head was on display there until it was stolen. It is still missing & the remains were buried headless.

    At 14:59 the camera is pointing at Ned' Kelly's grave, just south of Paul Griffiths grave. From about 15:45 Michelle in the sunglasses was standing on Ned's grave for ages. Behind Michelle in a line running south are the graves of other members of the family including Ned's mother. The relatives were never going to tell you the exact location but you were close, or in the case of Michelle, standing right on him.

    Thankyou for this. It had to be in the vicinity of where we were and of course they're not going to give away the direct location. But we were near it and ON it! Your astute observations are greatly appreciated!

    Not really energetic at all, lol... walking around cemeteries seems to be the only exercise I get since getting hit by a forklift a few years ago which totally screwed my back... slowly and surely and the beauty of editing makes my life seem semi-normal. Glad you love the landscape, when I was in America I was never so fully aware of how bogan my accent really sounds! haha, cheers for stopping by guys!

    You were almost standing on top of Ned at 25:56. I took a number of photographs of the grave from different angles to triangulate the exact location about a month after the burial after several fake burial mounds were removed. It is to the north west of the row of Delaney graves Your camera jumped around so much it was hard to tell exactly where you were but the relative didn't point you to the exact spot as he pointed to an open area north of the Paul Griffiths grave. Ned's grave is on the same north/south line as the Paul Griffiths grave but to the south. At 25:53 in your video, Ned's grave is directly to the south about 3 grave widths (3 × 4 feet) from the Griffiths grave. At 16:12 the longest shadow to the right of the woman is on Ned's grave. I hope this helps.
