After losing my job because of getting high and getting in to trouble with police for the first time in my life, I started to want to turn my life around. I also went into a longterm rehab, which also helped a lot. When I was in treatment this song (and the music video) always reminded me, of how disgusting addiction to hard drugs actually looks, which stopped me from relapsing. Peace
