Kai'sa's new look is absolutely amazing. She no longer seems to be just some pretty girl but instead some sort of void hardened semi-veteran. Like they dont have skincare products in the void.

So many cool details in the cinematic. Ranging from Pantheon only using his shield when facing humans but using the spear against an Aspect to watching Olaf take a chunk of glacier falling on him LIKE IT WAS NOTHING!

please cover kai'sa and taliyah new universe story,the call makes so much sense after reading the story, the part where kai'sa lured rek'sai back to the void is just really sad, she sacrificed her self so that taliyah's tribe can have a home again.

I absolutely love that they concluded the story about Kai'Sa not trusting anyone and Taliyah not being willing to sacrifice anyone by having the second allowing the former sacrifice herself to save Taliyah and allow her people to have a new home. What I like less is that the first episode of these arcs and the conclusion were only one hour apart in real time. I feel like I've seen the first and the last episode of a really good show, but nothing in the middle.

@@SquishyEggo Sacrifice doesn't always means that the one sacrificing is dying And while rushed, both characters have been established from a while, but still not enough to make it as big as OP make it sound, still shows the consistency for those whonkmow the lore, and the cinematic shows enough context for any newcomers

i think this cinematic is the by far best qualiy wise. really appreciated to see pantheon, taliyah, ornn and especially sejuani and olaf for once. (kaisa and leona where great but you see them way more often) but i think it should have been a bit longer. looks like its a part 1 of 2. will this continue anybody now? a game (rpg?) in such graphics would be dope

@@imfunkingivincible886 Volibear kinda hates humanity and thought Ornn was helping them too much so he had the Ursine take "Ornn's Cauldron" which is said to somehow be able to feed someone for an entire year if they drink from it. Naturally, its extremely hard for Frejlordians to feed themselves because they live in an icy, northern place. Sejuani's people in particular have been having trouble with that so for the winter Sej essentially told her tribe to split up and spread out to help them more easily attain food while she's leading some warriors to go get Ornn's Cauldron and fix their food supply issues.

Interesting that Ornn is making the Infinity Edge. He's preparing for war alright.

I love the design that they did to Olaf in the call cinematic

The only people that stand between Pantheon and the Targonian aspect are the Solari and Leona. After Leona's defeat, he finally got the chance he wanted and it was to fight against the aspects up in heaven.

@@carcionpetto I think she was also hit by that falling star. From what I've seen she was going to block it with her shield but I think it's too late already. If she wasn't hit by it, Pantheon should be going up there to fight her again but he isn't so my guess is that she was either hit by it or got injure by it so she retreated back into the heaven.

I would love to see some sort of Frost Dragon as a 5th Dragon. (Of course with the addition that you can see what dragon soul will come in the champ select) The river freezes to ice and the bushes die off from the cold. If a champion dashes while it's in the frozen river, Baron or Dragon pit, the champion gets slowed after its dash finished. Can't be effected by tenacity. (Some sort of slippery after you jump forward on wet ice and try to slow down before fall on the ground) The Soul could be a auto attack speed reduction and slow for 2 sec after the enemy champion got hit by an AA or Ability.

Void event should be large (i expect Darkin to appear at least by the end of event (will be odd if they didnt as Void should be still their primary enemy,Aatrox cleaving his way through army of void creatures would be epic),Aurelion Sol can appear,but i guess we rather see one of his dragons...event can also move along another plotlines,like Nocturne and Fiddlesticks getting more stronger,as these two in theory got more powerful from Ruination and mage rebellion and now with void invasion it can escalate more) I think only some void rifts should be closed (they can seal the one in Freljord,that one overstayed its welcome and the one under Zaun,i expect this one to have lasting impact on, Zaun and Piltover and some other less significant Void Rifts that could be revealed during event) with only Icathia remain (there should be still looming treath of the void,because it would be silly if everything get resolved)

I like how Necrit talks about how Zeri and Urgot should be allies just because they both want to fight Chem-Barons. Urgot is killing Chem-Barons to prove that their strength is not inherent to them and that his ideals of survival of the strongest, he will kill everybody and anybody who cannot live up to this image, innocents and even his own men included it's just that the Chem-Barons are the focus for him, Zeri is protecting her community from abuse by the Chem-Barons and swapping them for Urgot would end their exploitation for the Chem-Baron's greed to full-out slaughter under Urgot, it would be so much worse

Fingers crossed part of the upcoming Void Event is one of the Watchers actually waking up and Ornn's forging weapons to fight them ^^

Literally the best reaction vid to the cinematic that I have watched. Actually was fun seeing someone KNOW what is going on lore-wise. I too was expecting the new void champion, but that Rek'sai was glorious nonetheless.

"Swarm" was a very unique choice of wording. We know this new jungler is from the Void. I'm not as read up on the lore as some other people, but it reminds me a lot of Kerrigan. Definitely excited, especially if we see some form of minions or terrain manipulation.

Actually amazing CGI for the faces of most league characters in this cinematic. I'm truly amazed.

What if The Call cinematic is teasing raids we get to be apart of in the mmo? We'd get to watch the Pantheon fight Leona at the top of Mount Targon, and our job would be to fight some of Leona's underlings. Or the raid against Bel'veth we'd follow Kai'sa down the hole while being chased by Rek'sai. That chase scene could be interesting too... would almost be like a DDR, Beatsaber minigame as you're trying to avoid debris in the way of your fall.

I am mad about what they did to the Mythic system, they emphasized that the ability to choose rewards is important for events yet they increase prices for Mythic skins as they get older and also only have a limited selection where it is impossible to know how long it will take for a skin to return, which might be several years. Previously you simply had to buy 4 passes which were good value and after doing all milestone missions you had enough Prestige Points to acquire a Prestige skin from the Prestige Point shop, whether it was for non-event skins or at the shop at the end of the year. Now you are forced to open 25 capsules to acquire those. Now, there is the alternative that Prestige skins can get unvaulted now, but the main issue there is the increasing price which is just stupid to me since it should be the other way around, older skins should get cheaper and not more expensive. Why would Hextech skins which have been around since ever suddenly cost more? And instead of 4 passes I would have to play 5 or 6 to get a Mythic skin. It just makes players like me less inclined to get their hands on Mythic skins. And by "like me" I guess I mean those who don't purchase much loot except for every pass which has a good value. Since I will keep buying passes for their value anyway I will accumulate Mythic Essence, but why would I suddenly pay more for the same? Just increasing the value over time does not make them more prestigious, it just puts a wall in front of players. I would have understood if they initially would be more expensive, but it does make no sense to me why their value would increase if it should stay the same since it is the same skin. You don't suddenly see a 975RP or below skin cost 1350 or more after a VGU (or now ASU). Champion costs get reduced over time depending on new champion releases. Why would Mythic skins now cost more as they get older?

Although it's a ded game, Heroes of the Storm has had those customize/challenge features for years.

Love how everyone is talking about the cinematic while I'm actually grateful for Riot making the changes to the ranked LP system lol... And I feel like everyone shits on the client changes too much. Like, I am an artist, I love aesthetically pleasing imagery, and I think the new client artwork/animations look really smooth and professional. I enjoy it a lot. Anyways, the cinematic is amazing too, of course. I just think the LP system change is also really nice. EDIT: I'd also like to add that Necrit's stream was saying "cringe" at the guy's whole "void" thing, and honestly can y'all shut the fuck up lol? Dude is just trying to be nerdy and honestly it's pretty endearing. How many damn creators do we see actually putting effort into making their events look fun? So what if it's "cringe"? I’m glad that Ahri’s visuals are finally getting some love after so many years of having tails coming out of her legs, but I’m a bit disappointed that they’re just giving her a visual update instead of a rework of her abilities. Her kit has been extremely underwhelming for the last few years and with every new champ, buffs to her counters, or nerf to her items, she just becomes that much weaker.

15:54 I love that he said that Prestige aren't worth the grind, but conviniently ignores that the problem is not only that, is that it's a matter of grind and pay an insane amount of money, grind alone doesn't get anyone a prestige skin.

well i hope they can also create at least a manga/comics (but i prefer a video) about the story of ornn vs volibear since especially this is connected to an old story (voice from the hearth). In that story it is about the other winterclaw was hunted by ursine but was saved by ornn and i think it would really show the cool story of two gods, brother vs brother, and lastly myth (ornn) vs tyrant (volibear).

The awards system sounds awesome .However i believe the rewards can be better ,maybe skins is too much to ask but imagine getting even chromas that you cant get any other way.This way you cen get those shit in your pants momments when you see an enemy with a chroma that only 0.00001% of people have, way better that 3 little circles that apear probably only in the loading screen. In fact the achivements should not even be displayed there so you can get your wtf moments when you see the person on the lane .Lastly of course you can boast about them way more effectively than just the circle ,if you are into that.
