I have this figure and I have that gamer looking Gremlin and that 1 Gremlin that flashed that girl at that bar, and I also have Gizmo in that lineup and this hillbilly figure with an axe and belt sander, and this Leatherface figure that looks like those old He-Man toys from the 80s. I love your channel and I love these figures.

One thing you can do, if you want popcorn, is take a packing peanut and get a light yellow marker, and make random, uneven spots all over it then crumble it up finely, and dump that into a bag. Resembles very small popped kernels, good for a display.

Same thing happened to me. Thankfully I decided I was going to army build these guys so I have five others. But yes, the knee joints articulation is very, very limited. We obviously found out that out the hard way lol.

There are joints in the ears so you can actually bend the ears right back right at the side of his head too

It will break the yellow paint on the hinge(which it's self is green), but I think it's worth it as the articulation helps give it character, especially if you have multiples.

Just got it 2nights ago,its sick...grab it..

I have two of these and Stripe, I caution everyone to be VERY careful with the articulation. Use hot water or a hair dryer to help with the stiff joints. I have seen pics and even a review where joints have snapped! It's a GREAT figure, but take your time with the articulation, if something is stuck you'll need heat to help.

Yup. Just got this and just about all the joints are frozen up. Trying to loosen them up right now. The leg joints have super tiny pins in them so be super careful with the legs

what you can also do with the playing cards and cig is you can make a mini wig and mini overalls with shirt and your gremlin can be jack from titanic

Have you tried to Trim the Legs down a Bit on the Gizmo faceplate!?? Maybe it will fit better. But Since they are So pricey maybe not

I got the gremlin pop with the 3D glasses. This would be perfect to add to my collection

Very great sculpt on this figure. Love the 3d glasses and cup of pop accessories. Yes, please review the older gremlins figures. The video froze on me too. I wouldn't bother trying to have him hold the cigarette. Awesome paint job on him. Nice that the mouth opens and closes. The pint of beer is hilarious. Brad bites? 😆 Love the dooh dah bar ala Three musketeers. Silly Spot putting the popcorn bags on his ears! 😝 Great job by NECA on his scaling and mosaic design on his skin. Great articulation too. The popcorn bags are meant to go on the ears. There's a scene in the first movie where a Gremlin has the bags on its ears. I'm sure you've seen that masterpiece of a movie but just thought I'd let you know or remind you just in case!

I LOVE this. His moving jaw really makes for some funny moments. Really pleased with my purchase :D

I love the movie and I got the ultimate combat gizmo figure

I got mine the other day, was really nice and the packaging was awesome. Disappointing factors were: it was smaller than I thought (and I braced myself for it to be small) and it's quite hard to get him to stand up. A few other articulations are stiff and limited in range. My dream is to have something at this detail but about 10 inch or more.

First reviewer to do a size comparison with ultimate Gizmo. I thought this would be a no-brainier but - nope. Thanks!!!!

Have the gizmo and now am going to order this one tonight on Amazon, pretty big horror toy collector (120 pops 20 and 15 necas (jus began collecting NECA..many other miscellaneous and am in love!! For some reason I thought this ultimate gremlin was from the first 5 batch of gremlins in Billy’s house. But now I realize that this is a gremlin from the movie theater sequence because of the candy, beer, cigarette, soda, etc or bar sequence 😂😂😂😂

There will be another Ultimate Gremlin coming out with different accessories. I thing they’re calling it something like The Ultimate Gaming Gremlin. I noticed you called Strip “Spike”. A common mistake by all gremlins fans. I remember doing it when I was a little kid. I never understood where that name came from. Why do we mistakenly call Stripe by Spike to this day? I don’t think you showed how the ears can go back and fourth on a hinge. The Utimate Gremlin I have, his mouth shuts completely. It must be a defect in your figure ☹️. Careful with those “secondary” hinges on his legs. I broke one of mine trying to bend it back and fourth. I had to super glue it back on. It obviously doesn’t move anymore but that’s alright. I probably won’t ever bend his legs at those hinges anyway. I sometimes forget it was even broken because the knee joint, the leg itself and the foot still move fine. I don’t mind, like you said, most people will get two or three of these figures and that’s what I planned on. I just hope I can remember which one I had to fix. I’m able to move my Ultimate Gremlin out a little further 🤷🏼‍♂️. One thing I wish this figure came with is sunglasses. I put the Gremlins 2 figure Brown Gremlin’s sunglasses on The Ultimate Gremlin and it looked pretty cool.

How do the gremlins drink beer (a.k.a water)..without multiplying? & while where on the subject how did stripe & the gremlins run through the snow without multiplying?

The snow really doesn't make sense still to this day but I think the Gremlins can drink because its going into their system, contact to the skin is where they would multiply but even then Gremlins don't do things really very neat so while I think drinking is ok, you'd think they'd still spill soda on themselves or miss their mouths when drinking that really then should get on their skin and cause them to multiply, the movie does have plotholes with the rules when you look at all the things that happen

I got this figure and i'm terrified to pose him since he feels so brittle and cheap, the paint is fantastic and the detail is great but man.. i wish the quality was better

My thought about that mohawk part being a different colour, it's possible that they may have made that piece like a plug. It could have been their original intention to plug hair in for Stripe into the slot, but they then went for a complete new head. Wish they hadn't done that as I really don't like the head they did for Stripe.

This is an unsustainable theory as Stripe has a different face from the normal gremlin His mouth being smaller, his lips puffier and his brow in a thicker V shape The small spike part is just unpainted as it was one of the last steps before packaging

So i got this figure, but im missing a popcorn bag and the joints are VERY stiff, i almost broke the left hand and both legs, anybody having these problems aswell?

The Reason Well my opinion I think the mouth is un-centered is because probably the cigarette prop maybe goes there on the left side of the NECA Gremlin.

I bought one today and the left hand broke off when I tried to bend the wrist joint

Now I've seen the video on my 32" TV, I've spotted what was wrong with the mouth on your Gremlin. The inner parts of the mouth are separate pieces and the upper one has been glued in wrongly so the jaw can't close properly. Depending on how strong their glue is, you may be able to pry out that section and put it back in again properly. The Gremlin should be able to close his mouth completely.

Mine looks different than yours and my mouth is centered and the cigarette that comes with it the tip is black not yellow and the beverage for the beer comes out of the bottle

I use super glue on hips and knees

I want to get four or five of these and put them around my room. By all means scratch that gremlins itch.

There's nothing wrong with the video, the glitch is coming from KZread unfortunately so there's nothing I can do to fix it
