If I remember correctly, toy companies are not allowed to sell figures that can actually fire arrows. Something about not wanting kids to shot themselves in the eye. Thats the reason you sometimes see bows with arrows permanently attached.

GOW is one of my favorite video game franchises, so I love Neca's GOW figures. Moreover, this 2-pack is great for many reasons; nonetheless, I like the original GOW 4 Kratos better than the newer version. The original has better painted eyes and eyebrows, but the newer Kratos is cool, too! Once again, thanks Spot for another great video!

Such a well explained video. What I like about your videos is you spend time discussing your thoughts in watch accessory and details which I like coz usually reviews are rushed but yours isn't. Keep up the good work :)

Awesome review, Spot! If you want to get Atreus to hold the arrow easier, you should put the wood part at the end in between his fingers, instead of the feather. As for that “fourth flame”, that is supposed to be apart of the flame that goes around the blade. I inspected mine and I can see that exact piece coming loose on mine. Hope this helps.

Hmmm I wonder why it has a shaped peg design on it then? I figured it probably split off but the peg was what was throwing me off. thank you for confirming and for taking the time to watch my review :)

So many accessories! My reseller has one left in stock, I will buy it next paycheck! Or next year, already bought five figures this year.

NECA has been delivering with their figures as of late, be it the Xenomorph, Freddy Krueger, Jason Voorhees, Michael Myers, etc. and this Kratos and Atreus figure two-pack is no different in that regard. In terms of sculpt, details and paint application, both figures are pretty solid. Unfortunately, I have yet to play the recent God of War video game. I was preoccupied with other releases at the time, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Spider-Man, Far Cry 5, Yakuza 6, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, etc. Having said that, I might pick up the game at some point down the road. With that aside, thanks as always Spot for another great video. I really appreciate the feedback as well as the nice comments. I'm honored to be a subscriber of the channel. Keep it up!

I really wanted to get this 2-pack but I never found it anywhere until it became $200 scalper fodder.

This is a great set and review, the ash color on this kratos is more accurate as kratos ash is not that white in the game, cool to see other characters from the series in the neca line besides kratos (atreus and mimir) unfortunately mine had some quality control issues which is disappointing, your spatan flame is broken same thing happened with mine a piece came off, takes me back to the early kratos figures, so much re gluing..

Yeah I had no idea what that extra flame piece was from, assumed it was from the bigger flame but as you saw in the review couldn't understand why it had molding to it like it was supposed to be tabbed into something, thanks for confirming

Maybe the small flame is for Atreus

There were suppose to be 5 arrows. It even says in the packaging, but everyone include me only got 4. Botch by NECA

See why couldn't NECA have done the same for the God of war 3 Kratos, they gave him the wrong blades. They gave the GOW 3 Kratos the GOW 1 blades, when he should've had the blades of exile
