Had this as a kid. It was hands down my favorite toy, with the mantis coming in a close second. One fateful day during a move, I had accidentally left it in a bag with my mantis alien. I didn't realize until we got to the new place, which was almost six hours away so I knew I would NEVER see it again. Last week while half asleep browsing random stuff on amazon, this popped up. I literally screamed so loud my neighbor had to knock on my door to make sure I was ok lol. Bought one. Then I bought a second to keep in the package. Then I bought a third for my neighbor's son cause everyone needs an Alien snake in their life. He loves it just as much as I did. Now i'm ordering the mantis, though I do recall it being quite different.

Unless they come up with a spider-based xenomorph, I would wager that this is the most terrifying variant of xenomorph to exist. I can picture it scuttling across the ground at you with horrifying speed.

Never in my life did I think that I'd ever see a Snake Alien figure. This is definitely one of the most interesting Alien figures that I have seen up to this point. It's a really cool looking piece that's for sure. Thanks as always Spot. I really appreciate it!

@Litshttam Since that's case, then any design is possible, much like the Rhino Alien.

Tbh I always display mine like a running facehugger with it resting on its little claws with its head pushed far back like its charging at you It looks absolutely amazing!

This is my favorite out of the Kenner Aliens. Mainly because of its appearance being completely different from other Aliens.

Excellent review, as always!! It’s worth noting that you can extend the tongue out of the lower jaw that extends out as well...creating a very long “snake like” tongue.

@ The Review Spot The inner jaw extends further but also the little part of the jaw that seems to be a bit behind ALSO extends making it the longest inner mouth Alien attack of them all.

I remember as a kid seeing the different alien animal combos like a bull necromorph and wanting them so bad. This figure has that same allure for me. Thanks spot for the review and grabbing things I can’t afford right now lol.

I have mine standing at 11.5 inches right next to a standing scorpion lol Looks so small. Awesome alien

I finally got ahold of one. In really enjoy seeing mine from a kid and now the neca remake next to each other.

Neca should carry on kenners path and make new aliens.t Rex,raptor,rhino,elephant,lion,spider.anything new

I got his one. Seems you missed the fact of how far the large inner jaw comes out....AND the tiny mouth extends out fully, as well.

@@TheReviewSpot I agree. Very witty - it was a pleasant surprise. I remember I had an Anaconda VHS-casset. I haven't watched it for a long time, but I think this is still the best movie about snakes. Have you seen the sequels? It seems there are already four films shoted in the franchise.
