Totally Agree with you on this. I just miss the days of, ESPN Classic where you could rewatch a instant classic like that one was. After that match o posted on one of the Husker groups I’m in saying, to believe that when down 7-0 we would’ve been able to battle bk and end up losing only by a score of 12-15 absolutely no way I thought you’d be out of your mind. Match point alone was a instant classic in itself. Can’t wait for next season and see where it goes with a season under the belts of the freshman on the team this year. GBR!!

This Badger fan offers a huge congrats to Husker Nation….that was a great match and you should be extremely proud of your team!!

Both teams played their asses off, both should be proud of what they accomplished. That was a battle of a match and a pleasure to watch two teams playing some outstanding defensive Volleyball.

Nebraska is very proud of you!!! Lots of heart. Go Big Red!

Amazing Match!!! Couldn't have asked for anything better. My heart goes out to Lauren Stivrins, Lexi Sun, and the rest of the Husker's SUPER SENIORS being your senior year I really thought this would be the year Nebraska would go back to being NCAA Champions! Congratulations to Wisconsin's great Team Defense starting with their frontline Blocking!

Wisconsin fan here--Nebraska played a HELL of a game and if game 5 was to 25 instead of 15 I don't know that WI wins. Both teams gave fans an epic championship showdown.

What a hypocrite you are. The only reason why you told the guy above me on his post that you didn’t see him playing on the court when he said, “tired of losing to Wisconsin;” is because you overly emotionally attached in an unhealthy way. Which the person was supportive just tired of losing to Wisconsin. Yet; his minor complaint made you go… “YoU DiDnT pLaY!!!.” What a loser you are. These girls aren’t your personal pets to defend. Guess old gross people gotta love those short shorts.

Agree! I’m a die-hard Badger fan, but Nebraska is easily my second favorite team & I always root for them (whenever they’re not playing WI of course). I was so stoked to see them take down Pitt with such 🔥 & the respect I have for them is huge! Watching Louisville this season was incredible & getting to battle against them made for some the BEST volleyball I’ve ever seen! Congrats to all of these teams on an AMAZING season & for being the reason that the fans just can’t get enough! ❤️

I have always been a Husker fan and i will always still be one good respect for Nebraska next year in Omaha Nebraska theay will WIN it GBR!! for life

In the Wisconsin post match press conference, it was obvious Sheffield was totally wrung out. And he was only coaching, not playing. In fact, by his demeanor one might have thought his team lost. Incredible, intense match.

Good jobs to both team, I never thought nebraska was going to the finals after just getting the number 10 seed but that's how you know that tournament seeding doesn't really mean anything as long as you're peaking during at the right time and they sure were. It's just crazy that everyone in the current nebraska roster except for stivrins has NEVER beaten Wisconsin. Idk what sheffield did but he found the perfect formula against nebraska and its work for the past 3 years. I think the last time nebraska beat wisconsin was 2017.

Poor babies…..WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!!! SO hard to participate in a dumb press conference after that. Again, we love you like our daughters. Heartfelt thank you. ❤️

Coach Cook is the coach K of volleyball. Legend. This team was incredible incredible as well.

My daughter's club team had alot of battles with Hames and her K2 team, from 12's all the way up to 18's. Even at 12 yrs old you could see she was a high level player and a high character class act. Her younger sister was as well. Great career by her, a winner, a leader, great teammate, smart as can be and a great great setter(good hitter back in the day too lol)...just a gamer, the kind of kid you would take all day over a bigger, faster, more athletic player.

Coach Cook needs to stop being a doormat towards the opponent teams and stop procrastinating whether or not to challenge calls. Because the bar I walked passed filled with Husker Volleyball Fans where saying things about Coach Cook I CAN'T say on KZread. I do however notice Coach Cook's "eyes" look down when asked anything with regards towards how proud he is with the team i find this mannerism strange? Maybe the question should Be how Accountable is He as a Head Coach? 🏐🔴🔴🔴🙄

I absolutely love Nebraska but will never understand why they failed to offer Caffey a full ride scholarship. Their loss!

Was disappointed in Caffey's inability to show some poise and class in this press conference. It really took us by surprise. Why even sit at the table if you're going to be like that.

I am a big fan of Nebraska, until this Coach benched a good player. Lexi Sun may not be the best out there but she sure can bring something big in the game.
