Earlier owner of a Neato but these days changed to Roborock when Neato sadly got worse by the years when they nearly stopped developing the vacuum cleaner and these days closed down their production.

In your opinion what are the best robot vacuums on the market?

I have a d8. Hasn’t done one pass as it won’t leave the dock. Neato help desk is terrible. It has been a paper weight since I got it.

At least with the prices in Finland this is like comparing flagship iPhone to budget Android, lmao.

WTH is Neato doing?! They don't have the brand recognition to cruise like Roomba does, and even Roomba has kicked back into high gear once the Chinese competitors put on the squeeze hard 4 years ago.

I would hope iRobot has gotten better since Neato has been kicking their ### for years. I have run numerous brands and the iRobot always disappointed - weak performance, drunken sailor vaccumming path, ability to get caught on the simplest obstacles and then text for help. Puny, hard to clean dust bin. Weak vaccumming area. Neato has always been able to "clean up" after the iRobots have completed their best effort. Neato has also been able to figure it's own way out of traps without bothering me. Neato has never panicked when it runs over a heating duct in the floor either. As for praising iRobot for doing two cleaning runs, just run a second cleaning run with the Neato. You won't need to, but you can. Schedule it. This is another sad example in the area of commerce where a superior product was "Out-marketed" into oblivion. I only wish they would have sought whatever funding they needed to come up with a docking station. I'm sure what ever they would have come up with would have put iRobot to shame again.
