I´m in my sixties, but I just bought one last week, my first ebike. It´s made cycling fun again! What a smooth and easy ride. And quick. But I still feel like I had a workout.
Finally! After looking up 10s of reviews, You are the only reviewer that actually did real life test of up and down hills. That was my biggest worry when deciding if to buy them or not. ( I am!) got my sub ❤
Been riding road bikes wthout suspension for 30yrs and no issues in fact I have a mountain bike with suspension and on streets I lock the front fork since when stepping up on it you lose power to compression specially on hills so yes no problems.I can say if you are riding mostly streets you dont need it.

almost perfect but, ...Tenways please provide an unlock option to the 20 mph limit that allows a more commute realistic 25 mph
