The near-miss was quite scary, but I believe the car had no bad intent. Problem is no one expects a scooter to be coming at 70km/h, I imagine myself driving a car, and checking the mirror, you see a tiny scooter behind, making no noise at all, most scooters out there are Xiaomi's riding at a 25km/h tops, you don't even realize that thing in the mirror can be passing you... It's no excuse, car still at fault, but I believe scooter riders have to keep that in mind, just because you are right, it doesn't mean you should do it. I rode motorcycles for 15 years, and as a smaller vehicle than cars, the same principle applies. I simply never took right of way for granted. At the end of the day, if an error occurs, the small vehicle gets the worst of it, so you always have to stay defensive. Safe rides. Glad to see Adam coming out fine of this one.

The car is completely not at fault, you can't drive scooter through a crosswalk, you need to get down from the scooter and walk it, and that was the state of the law at the time of uploading that video. If he had crashed with the car, he would be fined and would be held responsible for all damage caused.

Thanks for doing this video. If I bought this scooter the first thing I would be doing is diving in to the settings to restrict max speed to 32mph and dropping acceleration levels from max to mid/three quarters. Great video and demonstration on what this is capable of. A massive improvement over the Zero 10X - people have no idea how bad it is for stability for the stem/steerer to be nearly at 90 degrees like it is on the 10X glad to see a better angle on this. Thumbs up.

feels bit nuts to be honest, zipping thru streets 60+ km, then on the sidewalk 20 or 30+ and at times still thinking you are still a pedestrian, in most countries I wouldn't try it, while seems insanely fun indeed. Ive saw one scooter myself just zipping 70+ and every red light he just took it on the sidewalk and then again on the road. I mean if you are alone its such a blast. But imagine if youl will be pedestrian and there will be 2 or 3 such a people ripping it near you

What is the name of the app you use for GPS speed? It looks like it is for iOS.

Man close call with that guy around 11:30! He didn't even look! So if I'm understanding correctly, you need to push and hold the turbo button for it to work? Seems dangerous..

Manual states that sport button needs only single press and it's then ON for 2 minutes.
