@driveinstructordrivingscho8233 go ahead and use it! This happened in Sweden and the slowmoving car is called an 'EPA tractor' and can be driven from the age of 15 if you have a licence to drive a tractor. They have a maximum speed of 35kmh. The car following me simply followed after me when I was overtaking without checking for oncoming traffic.
